A Revolutionary Love (Part2)

What up Y'all! Did I just say "Y'all"? Yup, I guess I did.
.
There's no point in apologizing for taking so long, I'm just going to take forever for the next post again anyway. But that's ok.
.
When I began to write the previous post, I really didn't know where I would end up. Why do you think it took so long to start writing again. But God has a way of showing his revelations to us. Imagine that. Anyhoo, time to get down like James Brown and get to what I'm here for.
.
Just know I really am not ending my last post. I just have more to say. I'm getting there, don't worry. This is just a transition to the end I suppose.
.
When I last left off I was talking about being a clanging cymbal, our Christian walks becoming nothing but pointless noise in the background life.
.
Who's life? The lives of those who don't know, who don't believe, who aren't saved. Instead of being so-called Christian radicals or fundamentalists, we should be focused on the calling of God. We are not here to make sure that the ten commandments stay on a wall in a church. How many people do you think really paid any attention to them anyway? We are called to be radicals for Christ. We are to be focused on the life and light of God, not the death that this world would have for us. When we focus on the world, we become just like it. If the salt becomes tasteless, what good is it but to be trampled under the feet of men. Who wants salt that has no flavor. If we become exactly like the world, without compassion, cold, and hateful, who would want what we have?
.
If we focus on the darkness of this world, we do not illuminate it. We are to illuminate the truth of the word of God. Only the Word can cause the darkness to be overwhelmed.
